Our Vision and Mission
Connecting Women aims to provide our members and guests with an enriching and inspiring evening of learning and sharing every month. At Connecting Women, you will have the opportunity to meet kindred spirits, network and enjoy a speaker or activity on topics as diverse as personal and professional development, social and environmental issues and intercultural exchange. We strive to create a warm, welcoming environment for all women and to inspire you to be the best you can be.
Connecting Women was founded in 1997 by a group of expatriate women who saw a need for an English-speaking forum where women of different nationalities could meet to share experiences, network and to make connections. We are an international community of diverse women between the ages of 20 and 75. Our members and guests come from many different countries and have diverse backgrounds. Some of us work full-time, others part-time, some are not currently in paid employment. The organization is very relaxed and friendly and we do not demand a host of details from those who attend our gatherings.

Connecting Women is an all-volunteer organization managed and run by a board of women. This is the current team:
