Title: Good mood food - We Are What We Eat

Speaker: Barbara Reale

Mood swings, mental and physical discomforts and a variety of other complaints arise from the food choices we make every day. Barbara Reale will show us that making little changes in the food we eat can boost our moods and contribute to good long-lasting health. We will also be able to sample some good mood food and have fun in the process.  Barbara runs her own company called Royal Empowerment. She is a Naturopathic Doctor and health enthusiast based in Delft.

For the first half an hour there is time to meet up with old friends and make new contacts. As the main activity of the evening usually finishes around 10.00pm, there is ample opportunity to chat and 'connect' with others over a drink in the bar or just browse through our impressive collection of useful information
