Meditation. You’re probably imagining a monk sitting with crossed legs humming “hmmmm.” You’re not alone, and lucky for you, you don’t have to be a Buddhist Monk to do it! During this evening, our speaker, Olga Estredella will provide background information about meditation and its benefits. The main focus of the evening will be practical though so that everyone can experience meditation.

Olga began her career teaching International Law at a University in Barcelona after completing her Doctoral degree in 1992. Due to her constant moving around the world and her passion for health, yoga and meditation, she made a total shift in her profession several years ago and pursued her dream of helping others…but without giving up teaching. Olga is a qualified Osteopath and as an Art of Living Teacher she teaches meditation and breathing techniques. All of them powerful tools to tune into your body and mind.

For the first half an hour there is time to meet up with old friends and make new contacts. As the main activity of the evening usually finishes around 10.00pm, there is ample opportunity to chat and 'connect' with others over a drink in the bar or just browse through our impressive collection of useful information.

Wear clothing you can comfortably move and sit in. Bring a mat and meditation cushion if you like.  It is not necessary though since these items will be available at our location.
